  the Norwegian Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities (Enhetsregisteret)
  as Hive-partitioned Parquet snapshots, keeps a local mirror current from the register's
  change data capture feeds with a persistent changelog, replays updates onto a base
  extract, and derives firm-period panels, entry and exit flows, aggregate time series,
  role-change diffs, annotation and name history, director networks and survival data.
  All retrieval goes through 'tidybrreg'; this package adds persistence and analysis.
